Apex Bruins win Kelly Dmyterko Memorial

The Estevan Apex midget AA Bruins had a weekend off from regular league play, and they used it to compete in, and win the Kelly Dmyterko Memorial tournament in Prince Albert.

Weyburn to host female Russian hockey team

Weyburn has been chosen as one of the communities to host the Moscow Atlant, a female bantam hockey team from Russia that will be touring through the southern part of Saskatchewan. The team will play at Crescent Point Place on Thursday, Dec. 16.
