Church of Our Lady sees a new face

The congregation of the Church of Our Lady in Carlyle, a Roman Catholic parish, have been seeing a new face at the front of the church recently. The parish's usual priest, Father David Banga, has taken a leave of absence to pursue a pilgrimage.

The Carlyle RCMP detachment handled 53 calls from Nov. 7 to 13. Nov. 7 There was a complaint of suspicious people near White Bear Lake Resort. The call was cancelled after the caller could no longer find the kids, who were the subject of complaint.
