Two Carlyle youth on Sask. Selects football team
Two local athletes have been chosen to play on the Under 14 Saskatchewan Selects football team. Andrew Kehler (13) and Lane Newell (12) played a regular season with the Estevan Chargers. Their second year of play, both youth love the game immensely.

RCMP Report
Between Dec. 10 and 13 the RCMP responded to 25 calls. In the morning of Dec. 10 RCMP received a complaint of the theft of a truck in Carlyle. They currently are pursuing leads and the matter remains under investigation.

G.F. Kells holds food drive
Between Dec. 3 and Dec. 14 students at G.F. Kells competed in a food drive. For the last 10 years they have held the drive before a Mosaic meal where each grade is assigned a country and the school eats a number of items from around the world.
