Fire at G & C Asphalt

An early-morning fire at G & C Asphalt has destroyed some heavy equipment at that property. The fire took place around 3:20 a.m. Oct. 20, outside the business located on 10016 Fyfe Ave.

A B.C. cyclist has been stranded in Saskatchewan after having his bicycle stolen from beside Highway 16 near Maidstone. The cyclist left his bicycle beside the highway when a tire went flat just outside the town.
