A caller reported being cut off by a semi, which then stopped in the middle of the road. The driver exited the cab and started to make gestures towards the caller to fight.

The 68-year-old adult male passenger was declared deceased at the scene.

Officers responded along with local EMS and located an injured man, who had been a passenger on the ATV. He was transported to hospital and later declared deceased.

Arriving officers located the man, and observed multiple injuries to his face and leg.

Police also tend to hit and run, mental health calls and reported fraud.

A firearm and ammunition were seized from the home.
