Avid archers were encouraged to take aim at numerous 3-D Archery Shoot targets at its new location at the Sturgis Sportsgrounds Grounds on August 18 and 19. "There were 94 archers registered between Saturday and Sunday.

Through a book of short stories and a brief history Russell Worobetz of Preeceville has begun fulfilling a dream of preserving his legacy for his family. The book, Grandpa, Gweedo, Tell me Bout The Good Ole Days was published in late July.
