Avid archers were encouraged to take aim at numerous 3-D Archery Shoot targets at its new location at the Sturgis Sportsgrounds Grounds on August 18 and 19. "There were 94 archers registered between Saturday and Sunday.

Kalyssa Tuz, daughter of Cherilyn and Michael of Preeceville recently became a published author for her poem Outside the Box and won second place honours in the poetry category, Mensa Canada 2018 literary contest.
