The Preeceville Panther football program held its annual fall conditioning camp that focused on player performance during the week of August 27 to 30.

Brandi Kashuba of Preeceville was chosen as one of ten core riders for the Prairie Women on Snowmobiles 2019 Mission. "I’m excited to be chosen as one of the 10 core riders with Prairie Women on Snowmobiles for the 2019 mission.

The Jaques family celebrated 100 years of their family farm on August 18. David and Mable Jaques first homesteaded in the Ypres district (west of Endeavour) in 1918. This area was settled by many returning First World War veterans.

The Preeceville School staff and administration were busy preparing to welcome back students for another school season on August 30 prior to the first day of school.

Preeceville slo-pitch concluded its season on July 27. All games were held at the Preeceville Sports grounds throughout May, June and July. Seven teams were entered in the league play with Balls Deep recording 9 wins and 1 loss.

Preeceville Rocks is a fun community activity that involves everyone from young to old. A rock painting and informational afternoon was held August 24 at the Preeceville Legion Hall.
