The Estevan Apex midget AA Bruins were in Swift Current over the weekend for a pair of games against the K-Motel Hurricanes. The first contest between the two teams was on Friday and saw the Bruins double-up the Hurricanes 4-2.

On January 21, we had a fantastic turn out for our test day. There were 84 skaters and 124 tests. Skaters came from Arcola, Alameda, Bienfait, Carlyle, Carnduff, Deloraine, Hartney, Kipling, Melita, Oxbow, Reston, Rocanville and Waskada.
