Perkins Street is open once again.
The City of Estevan made the announcement Friday evening. The arterial road was closed from Tuesday morning to Friday evening, from Fourth Avenue to First Street A, for an underground valve replacement project.
Water was shut off to some residences and other buildings south of Perkins Street on Wednesday and Friday as part of the valve replacement.
