Lampman farmer pleads guilty in animal welfare case

A Lampman farmer has pleaded guilty to a charge under the Animal Protection Act. Chad Mokelky pleaded guilty last week in Estevan Provincial Court for causing or permitting an animal to be in distress. Two similar Criminal Code charges were stayed.
