Arcola Daycare and Lampman Minor Sports receive grants from Monsanto Fund
The Arcola Daycare and Lampman Minor Sports have each received $2,500 through the Canada's Farmers Grow Communities which is supported by the Monsanto Fund. Their entries were chosen in November and were among entries from across Canada.

Weekly RCMP report
Between May 3 and 9 the Carlyle detachment of the RCMP responded to 70 incidents. There were four reports of abandoned vehicles in the area. Members investigated each and found none of the vehicles were involved in other crimes.
