It is that time of year again. Time for the fourth annual Creative Tables for Cancer. This year's event will be held Thursday, Oct. 6 at Arcola Prairie Place. This year is guaranteed to be a hit once again.

Carlyle RCMP received 63 calls between Sept. 9 and 15. Here's how the calls lined up in the police files at the detachment. A false alarm was investigated at a business in Carlyle. The cause was the area-wide power outage.

The Magazine Campaign started with a Pep Rally on Friday, September 16th. The campaign ends on Friday, September 30. Every time a student sells ten subscriptions his/her name is entered to win a lap top.
