Blaine Lake TOPS No. 5167 chapter held its annual installation of officers following its regular meeting on April 5. Angie Keryliw, chapter leader, announced the TOPS theme for the next two years is Road to Success.

Bready School was the last elementary school to be built in North Battleford and is now 50 years old. It opened its doors in 1960 with four teachers and a caretaker staffing the school.
