Oct. 17 - 24 was Saskatchewan Library Week! To celebrate, many regional libraries hosted events. Edam, for example, offered free home made doughnuts and gourmet coffee to visiting patrons Oct. 19, in conjunction with a book sale.

One thing that I have done a lot of in my life is volunteer work. It started first when I was quite young and I would shovel the sidewalks of an elderly woman who lived near us.

The staff and students are busy with many extra curricular activities this fall at John Paul II. It is amazing how much time the staff puts into extra curricular activities for the students. This year, John Paul II formed their first ever Cheer Team.
