Neglected dogs rescued

The City of North Battleford has seized two dogs from a residence on the east side of the city. The dogs were taken into custody by special constables, assisted by the Saskatchean SPCA and the RCMP, on the morning of Dec. 7.

Lloydminster Rural RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in providing information about an indecent act reported Oct. 1. At 9:15 p.m a man was observed masturbating outside a business in Lashburn.
