Rebel Drilling Ltd. pleaded guilty in Weyburn Provincial Court on Oct. 29, to violating one count under The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.

Upon arrival, officers learned that a domestic dispute had occurred within the residence, resulting in a man striking a woman with a hammer and discharging bear spray in her direction before fleeing the home.

The Canora/Sturgis RCMP were dispatched to a disturbance in the RM of Preeceville. Police attended the scene and learned a woman tried to stab a man with a pair of scissors.

A stolen phone was returned to owner, who declined to proceed with charges.

Collisions occurred east of Estevan and outside of Halbrite.

All four are due back in court on Nov. 18.
