A 41-year-old Saskatoon man has been charged with aggravated assault.

Ryan Milne made his first court appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on June 3, facing three charges of attempted murder and other offences.

There were no injuries.

Two suspects fled the scene on foot, adult female was arrested but adult male has yet to be located.

Police also called about impaired drivers, a stolen vehicle and another assault.

Thefts from the Wilkie gas station and Unity Home Centre took place within an hour of each other, on the early morning of May 22.

Police learned a woman had given the middle finger to another woman who grabbed a mace-style object and used it as a weapon in a threatening manner. There were no injuries from the incident.

The no-fly zone in place in the airspace above the landfill has also been extended for the duration of the search.

Nicholas Scott was pronounced deceased on Tuesday morning but was being kept on life support until his organs were taken Thursday evening. Friday morning, the RCMP said an autopsy was scheduled for that morning at City Hospital in Saskatoon. Following the results of the autopsy, said RCMP, additional charges are likely聽to be laid. A male youth has already been charged with aggravated assault.

Family say the victim is Nicholas (Nick) Scott and he is deceased.
