Three years ago, on Sept. 15, 2020, the remains of 23-year-old Eagleson Thomas were located in a residence in the 400 block of Avenue G Â鶹ÊÓƵ.

As a result of the investigation, Dwain Wog, 77, of Hinton, Alta., has been charged with one count of attempted fraud over $5,000 and one count of attempted fraud under $5,000.
