There are often good reason for rules and regulations in our world. They help define a structure which ensures some order in areas of our collective lives. That said some institutions simply no longer make sense and should be abandoned.

Wasn't the weather last week unbelievable? Tuesday alone took about a week's energy out of our plants; they went from looking lush to looking heat-struck all in that one day.

Dear Editor: As we go through life we never hope and dream to one day be living in a long term care facility, but for many of us, that becomes our reality.

A friend of mine got me thinking about how dramatically lobbying has shifted in Saskatchewan. At issue was an inquiry he had received from the Canadian Taxpayers' Federation about becoming a CTF member for its annual fee of $150.
