The Yorkton RCMP had a Dewalt jobsite Radio turned into the Detachment on Oct.12. The radio was found in a back alley in a Western area of the city.

On Saturday Oct. 5, 12:30hrs, an unknown vehicle was driving in the Saltcoats School park causing large tire marks damaging the school grounds. There were also damages to the Esso Quick Stop parking lot and several places at the Regional Park.

Yorkton Tribal Council cut the ribbon on new offices today (Friday). The locally centered tribal group have moved into what was formerly Fairview School, and more recently school division offices.

World Mental Health Day marked by walk

The Medicine Shoppe Yorkton hosted the second annual World Mental Health Day Walk Thursday. Proceeds from the walk went to the free walk-in counselling program at the Society for the Involvement of Good Neighbours (SIGN).
