REGINA - The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, has begun a death investigation that occurred in the 1000 block of Montague Street.
Police and EMS were dispatched to a call for service at a residence in the 1000 block of Montague Street shortly after 3 a.m. on Aug. 10. Police located a deceased adult female. Officers secured the residence and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crime Unit and the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit.
At this early stage of the investigation, police have no further details to be released to the public. Next of kin has been notified, however the victim’s name will not be released at this time.
