To the Editor:
My husband and I, along with a friend, had the opportunity to visit Weyburn this past week. We came away with such a strong feeling of community and friendliness.
When we arrived at the airport we were tired from a long day of travel, it was windy and damp and we were unable to get ahold of a taxi to take us to our hotel.
But the desk clerk at The Perfect Inn came to pick us up and take us to the hotel. In addition, the owner of Farr Air also arrived and loaned us a truck to use so we could get back to the airport in the morning.
Unfortunately we do not recall the names of these people, but we will always remember their kindness and will think of Weyburn fondly.
