WEYBURN – Weyburn curler Brennen Jones is curling third for Team Knapp out of the Regina Highland Curling Club, and they will be competing at the provincial men’s Tankard.

Throughout the season they played six events, winning four Saskatchewan Curling Tour spiels and making two semi-finals.

These events helped qualify them directly for the men’s curling provincial Tankard, to be  held in Estevan on Feb. 1-5.

Team Knapp was ranked first on the Saskatchewan curling tour based on their CTRS (Canadian Team Ranking System) through the Sask Tour spiels. They are seeded second among the teams at this years men’s provincial tankard.

The rink is comprised of Coach Brian McCuskar, lead Trent Knapp, second Mike Armstrong, third Brennen Jones and skip Kelly Knapp, with fifth player Dustin Kidby.
