Buck-A-Rama, the annual event that sees cowboys take to three main events will be held June 13 and 14 beginning at 6 p.m. both days. This rough stock rodeo features Saddle Bronc, Bareback, and Bull Riding; but, that's not all! There will also be mini chuck wagon races and a rodeo clown, which will enhance the fun and entertainment of the two days.
The entry fee sits at $100 for participants, going straight into the prize pool. Since the event is being sponsored by the Bear Claw Casino, they will top up the total prize money to $9,000 also giving out custom made belt buckles to the winners.
It will be held north of the casino parking lot. Throughout the day both a professional rodeo announcer and DJ will be keeping the crowd going during and between events.
A live feed of the happenings will be broadcast within the casino on the gaming floor. Players Club members are encouraged to swipe at the kiosk to receive players coins, a minimum of $5 can be won.
A concession stand will be on site. While those in attendance are encouraged to take part in the Calcutta, which is a betting pool that has people bid on participating contestants in an auction. These proceeds then go into a pool for distribution.
Opening ceremonies will take place at 6 p.m. on June13. Everyone is welcome as it is entertainment the whole family can enjoy for free.
