ESTEVAN - Members of the Estevan Police Service were notified about an incident involving an air-soft gun at an intersection on Wednesday.
Police were monitoring the intersection of 13th Avenue and King Street wehn a vehicle was observed proceeding through a red light. The vehicle was stopped and through investigation it was learned that a vehicle beside them shot an air soft BB at the car.
It startled the driver enough that she went through the red light to get away. The suspect in the incident reached out to the complainants and was put in contact with police. The subject attended police headquarters on his own and took responsibility for his actions.
Police received a report of criminal harassment and uttering threats. Witnesses have been interviewed and follow up with the suspect will determine a course of action.
Police were called to a disturbance at a local establishment. The matter was resolved and the involved parties were sent on their way.
