ESTEVAN - Firefighters from Estevan and Weyburn have been participating in training in Estevan on Saturday.
They have been working on a number of different scenarios as part of their National Fire Protection Association 1001 certification. They worked on a vehicle extracation situation Saturday morning at the Estevan Fire Hall.
On Saturday afternoon, they were involved with a vehicle firefighting session near the water treatment plant.
And on Sunday, they will be at a training residence on the west edge of Estevan for search and rescue lessons in a smokehouse setting.
