Anyone who has been to one of the outdoor concerts knows the success of the Kenosee Lake Kitchen Party well. Walking into the venue is like a musical treat to one's ears as the stylings of guitar, fiddle, banjo, mandolin and piano students take to the stage.

With this year including three successful camps, it is sure that next year's camps will once again be full of students and qualified instructors. This year saw more than 260 students take part throughout the two weeks, in addition to those students who participated in the kid's camp.

In total, 46 instructors were on hand to train the students during the two weeks of camp, meaning that the outdoor concerts saw the musical stylings of a variety of individuals. While the numbers for this year's concerts have not yet been tallied, the outdoor venue was home to a packed house each and every night.

For those who long to hear the musical talent year-round, you are reminded that many of the instructors stop by to perform house concerts in the area throughout the year. For those who would like more information on the camp or at interested in registering for next year's camp, you are encouraged to visit the website at www.kenoseekitchenparty.ca.
