The G.F. Kells Graduating Class of 2014 would like to invite the public to their graduation ceremony at the Carlyle Skating Rink on Saturday, June 14, at 7:30. Seating is in the bleachers.
A huge thanks to all of those who supported the Class of 2014 BBQ on Main Street last week. It was a huge success!
Congratulations to all the athletes who took part in the District Track and Field meet on May 28th in Weyburn. Special congratulations goes to Gracie Schutz, Haylee Barta, and Taylor Sargent for capturing first place in the 4 x 100 relay in a record breaking time. Another huge congratulations to Haylee who was the Bantam Girls' Aggregate winner for the overall top athlete in her age group.
On Thursday, May 29, Gordon F. Kells held their First Arts Gala. The event was organized to celebrate the arts within their school, and to help raise money for their arts programs next year. The evening was a smashing success and will likely happen again this time next year!

The Science Club is new to GFK. It meets Fridays after school from 3:15 to 4:30pm. Everyone is welcome!
On the last Thursday of the month, students from the G.F. Kells High School will be out in the community for 2 hours after school (3:15-5:15). They will be volunteering their time to make our community a better, cleaner place. The next 2 Thursdays they are cleaning up garbage, and shingles, around town. If you would like some extra help, we are here for you. Please contact Miss Wiebe via email: [email protected] with your ideas for Day of Help!
