The Estevan Provincial Court ruled Monday to release two individuals, who were arrested in Estevan on Aug. 9 as a result of a major drug trafficking investigation, on bail.

Estevan was blasted by a severe thunderstorm Thursday night.

At one business, the water came up about 3 1/2 feet in the basement. Other locations had an inch of water, and others didn't have any damage.
