ESTEVAN — A 32-year-old female from Tisdale was arrested by the Estevan Police Service members on Aug. 8 for assault. She was transported to police cells and lodged until sober. She will appear in court in September to speak to the charge.
The same day, police were dispatched to a business along King Street for a report of people spraying cars with a liquid substance. The suspects had left the area prior to members arriving. A vehicle description was provided however members were unable to locate the vehicle.
Police also received a report of a suspicious person and vehicle honking at other motorists. The vehicle was located and the female driver was spoken to. Further investigation showed that she had been reported missing out of British Columbia. A message was sent to the investigating agency with an update that she had been located and was safe.
