The ladies of southeast Saskatchewan got their glam on and partied for a purpose at the Arcola Daycare's first-ever 'Little Black Dress Event' held Saturday, March 8 at Prairie Place Hall.

The Carlyle & District Lions Club's 24 th annual supper, raffle and auction packed the Carlyle Memorial Hall and raised $27,000 for local causes. 鈥淚t's fabulous,鈥� says Lions member and event chairperson Wayne Wilson.
