The Rural Municipality of Reciprocity No. 32 has recently celebrated 100 years of operation. In 1883 the precursor to the R.M. system was developed in what was known as the North West Territories at the time.

Head for the Hills, that is to the local veterinary clinic in either Redvers or Carlyle, is where you will be pleased to meet the new veterinarian. Dr. Grace McGuirk DVM, 24 and originally from Prince Edward Island, has moved to Redvers.

The Carlyle Detachment of the RCMP responded to a total of 55 calls between June 15 and June 21st. June 15th calls began with a complaint of a suspicious person walking along the roadside of Highway 9 wearing dark clothing and a hoodie.

The Rev. John Bullas, Minister at Carlyle United Church, 202 2nd street west, preached his last sermon of his 10 year pastorate in Carlyle at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 24th. Bullas is retiring after years as a United Church pastor.
