Sask gov't claims oil and gas emissions continue to decline

Emissions from reported venting and flaring at upstream oil facilities in 2023 were 3.6 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, which is a 67 per cent reduction from 2015 levels and a six per cent decline from 2022.
