KERROBERT — You may not have recognized the name of performer, Brayden King, when he was on stage at the 2022 Tralapa event or in an impromptu performance at Kerrobert car show Aug. 16, but his star is rising.
Weyburn musician, Brayden King, recently announced through his Facebook page, he has received three “yeses” from judges following his audition for the popular reality show, American Idol. King now lives in Edmonton.
According to the musician’s website, he has played well over 150 shows throughout the prairies. Those who attended the Tralapa summer festival and who were part of his surprise appearance at the Kinsmen car show held in Kerrobert, now recognize that they have seen the rising star live.
King is now off to Hollywood competing for the title of the newest American Idol. Stay tuned.
