PRINCE ALBERT – A trial is set in Prince Albert for a man charged following an incident in an RV park south of Prince Albert.
Fifty-two-year-old Durwin Cook’s trial is scheduled for April 12 in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
Cook was arrested on Jan. 9, 2022, and charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault. Police say that at about 9 p.m. on Jan. 1 they received a call about an assault at the RV park. Cook allegedly assaulted a man and stole his vehicle. The victim was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The charges against Cook haven’t been proven in court.
