NORTH BATTLEFORD - City council in North Battleford has given its approval to third and final reading of its new code of ethics bylaw.
The bylaw includes a number of provisions including one for appointment of an integrity commissioner to handle ethics complaints.
The bylaw has been discussed at length at previous council meetings over the past month, so there was little discussion Monday as the bylaw received final approval from council.
