BJORKDALE — Sympathy is extended to Joanne Kehrig and family on the recent death of Joanne's mother, Marie Scott of Landis. Although I met Marie only a few times, I found her friendly and approachable. She was also a very positive and courageous person.
Ron Brown, a well known former resident of Bjorkdale, died recently in Flin Flon. He will be fondly remembered by his friends here.
On June 28, Sadie Clarke Lennon arrived to joined the family of grandparents Jeff and Bobbie Clarke. Great grandparents are Donna and Glen Clarke of Bjorkdale. The family makes their home in Minnesota.
Among the graduates taking part in the ceremony held on Wednesday at Tisdale, were Delaney Clarke, daughter of Spencer and Kathy Ckarke, granddaughter of Donna and Glen Clarke of Bjorkdale.
Grace Schreiner, also a graduate, is the daughter of Jaimie and Brad Schreiner. Her grandparents are former Bjorkdale residents Debbie and Jere Renaud, and great-grandparents Willie and Maureen Kneller. Congratulations!
