The Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame in Battleford has announced the Indian Head Rockets have been selected to be inducted into the Team Category at the Annual Induction in 2022.

On May 16 about 12:40 a.m., North Battleford RCMP and EMS responded to a complaint of an assault at a residence at Saulteaux First Nation. A 28-year-old male was located inside the residence and transported to hospital with serious injuries.
