The city of North Battleford have announced that they have put up two new speed signs on Territorial Drive. The signs are funded by the Saskatchewan Government Insurance Provincial Traffic Safety Fund Grant Program.

The City of North Battleford is informing residents of a street closure today between West Railway Avenue and Highway 4 Â鶹ÊÓƵ today. The street will be partially closed with intermittent access throughout the day.

On June 8, 2021 at approximately 6:10 a.m., Spiritwood RCMP received a complaint of a missing 59-year-old male. The male and a family member were boating on Little Shell Lake the evening of June 7 when their boat overturned.

Battleford town council passed a bylaw at their meeting Monday night which requires buildings to have civic addressing. The bylaw requires houses and buildings in Battleford to have street numbers on their buildings that are visible from the street.
