Regina police looking for missing 23 year old

Hope McArthur is considered at risk due to health concerns.

REGINA — The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 23-year-old Hope McArthur.

McArthur was last seen on Jan. 5 at approximately 2 a.m. in the 3000 block of Green Bank Road.

She is described as five foot seven and 160 pounds with a medium build wearing a blue and grey wool parka, turquoise scarf and runners. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She has the word “Kendra” tattooed on her right forearm and a tattoo on the right side of her neck.

There is no evidence to believe McArthur has come to harm, however, she is considered at risk due to health concerns and police would like to locate her to ensure her safety.
