Sudden death under investigation in Saskatoon

Foul play is not believed to be a factor.

SASKATOON — At approximately noon, Jan. 15, Saskatoon police were called to a sudden death in a park near Avenue E North and 37th Street West. The caller stated that a deceased man was located near the roadway.

Upon arrival, says Saskatoon Police Service, officers confirmed the sudden death of the 68-year-old man. Next-of-kin notification has not yet been completed. Foul play is not believed to be a factor.

The Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service will be investigating.
