Sunrise Health Region is in the process of recruiting a physician for Preeceville, through the Saskatchewan International Physician Practice Assessment (SIPPA) program, to join Dr. Taofik Adedeji and Dawn Kennedy, a nurse practitioner.

One of the largest Canada Day crowds to have ever in recent memory gathered at the Kamsack sports ground turned up last week to wave the flag, eat, drink, play and cheer in celebration of the 148th anniversary of the nation.

A graduation program honouring the 27 senior students of the Kamsack Comprehensive Institute was held June 29 under a mural proclaiming the theme: 鈥淲e all live under the same sky, but we don鈥檛 all have the same horizon.
