RCMP Crime Reduction Team raids property in R.M. of Corman Park, arrests two

Police also seized six firearms and a small amount of suspected Methamphetamine

CORMAN PARK - Saskatchewan RCMP Crime Reduction Team raided a rural property in the R.M. of Corman Park on Oct. 5 and arrested two people after seizing stolen property, weapons and Methamphetamine. 

Police searched the residence, yard and outbuildings and recovered two Seadoos with trailers and a camper trailer, which were all reported stolen. In addition, police seized six firearms and a small amount of suspected Methamphetamine.

Victor Bairos, 54, and Jessica Lockman, 25, were arrested. Bairos was charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of Methamphetamine, six counts of possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, three counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and failing to comply with a release order.

Bairos has been remanded in custody and appears in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Oct. 7.

Lockman was charged with possession of methamphetamine. She was released and appears in Saskatoon court Dec. 21.

Saskatchewan RCMP’s Emergency Response Team, Prince Albert and North Battleford Crime Reduction Teams, Warman RCMP Detachment, the Corman Park Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service’s Air Support Unit and Crime Reduction Team assisted in the investigation.

The Rural Municipality of Corman Park surrounds the City of Saskatoon in all directions.
