With the weather being so nice outside, the Calder Poker Derby had 118 riders go through the derby this year. There were a lot of good comments about the trail this year. A big thank you to Terry Marteniuk, and the rest of the guys who helped out with the trail. Another big thank you to all the businesses who donated to our door prizes this year. Thanks also to the volunteers who helped out.

The winners of the Poker Derby were: 1st Seth Choldunuik and Ron Parish, 2nd Joel Heohn and Brenda Yanke, 3rd M. Rushkewich, Norman Dumka, Keith Kindiak and Charlie Bailey.
The winner of the Silent Hands were: 1st Eldon Fattiecher, 2nd Carson Kinkiak and Liz Glute, 3rd Yvonne Kindiak.

The Calder Seniors held their Whist Drive on March 12, 2011. The winners were: 1st Virginia Wandy, 2nd Mildred Danylko, 3rd Arnold Balabuk, low Norman Wozney. Pot of Gold winners were: Mildred Danylko and Margie Mankish.
Sympathy goes out to the Kozaruk Families on the recent passing of Jim Kozaruk.
