A Remembrance Day Service was held in the Bredenbury Community Hall on Nov. 11. Thanks to the Bredenbury Lions Club for looking after this special event. The Bredenbury Lions Club has boxes up for their "Warm Fuzzy Program".

The Bredenbury Lions Club has boxes up for their "Warm Fuzzy Program". Boxes are up in Bredenbury and at Saltcoats School.

The Bredenbury Lions Club will have their Community Christmas Social on Dec. 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Busy Bees. Everyone welcome. Come out and enjoy the entertainment and social evening.

A very successful Gun Safety Class is underway at the Lion's Den with 16 registered for the class. Event sponsored by the Lions Club.

Congratulations to the Bredenbury Cougars on winning their first two games. Bredenbury vs Langenburg - overtime 6-5 and Bredenbury vs Rocanville - 10-5. Next home game is Sat., Nov. 26 against Ochap, Fri., Nov. 25 in Esterhazy. Come out and cheer on your team.

Please get your Donor's Choice donations in to the Bredenbury Grocery by Nov. 30 or contact Louise McLachlan if you need it picked up.

Don't forget the Bredenbury Craft Show on Sat., Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Thirty tables have been booked. Lunch will be available. Don't forget to have your baking in by 9 a.m. so it can be priced. Sponsored by Knox United Church.

Brednbury Light Up Night is fast approaching. It will be Thurs., Dec 1 from

5-8 p.m. at the Bredenbury Rink. Lots of events for all ages; face painting, cookie decorating, crafts, hay rides, free skating. Hamburger or hotdog and a drink for a Toonie. Come out and enjoy the turning on of the lights and evening at the rink.

Mark your calendar for Mon., Dec. 15 when the holiday train stops in Bredenbury at 11:30 a.m. There will be a 20 minute show. Donations and non-perishable items will be collected for the Salvation Army. Lunch will served at the Busy Bees; soup, sandwich, and a dessert for $5.00. Stop in after the train show.

Knox United Church upcoming events for December: Sun., Dec. 11 & 18 will be the White Gift Sunday. Non-perishable items and items suitable for the Shelwin House will be accepted. The United Church Choir will be having their special Christmas Music Service on Dec. 18 at the regular church service at 10:20 a.m. Sunday morning. There will be no church service in Bredenbury on Sun., Nov 27. A Four Town Pastoral Charge Service will be held in Saltcoats at 10 a.m. Everyone welcome.

Remember Blood Pressure Clinic is Dec. 7, 1-3 p.m. Come early.
