Spring Cleanup Week in Yorkton had Yorkton Rotary Club members and their families pitching in with some hands-on garbage picking recently. The Rotary Club members worked to pick up garbage in the empty lot east of Walmart and south of Yorkton Dodge.

A provincial Minister assures that the move to carry out certain lab services in Regina rather than at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre is only temporary, and that those services will return to Yorkton. 鈥淚t鈥檚 temporary.

Vaccines Reported An additional 7,930 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 553,389.

The Godfrey Dean Art Gallery is calling for art from Yorkton and area artists. The gallery鈥檚 annual Local Artist Show, which has been held annually for more than 15 years, is returning this year in June.
