Walk set to aid kidney research

The first 'Give the Gift of Life Fun Run' will be held in Yorkton Saturday June 26. Audrey Parisloff, local organizer of the upcoming walk, said the walk has been held in Saskatoon and Regina the past two years.

RCMP see decrease in seatbelt violations

The RCMP Yorkton Regional Traffic Services held roadside checks over May 4th and 5th as part of the Multi Agency Seat Belt Team (MAST) initiative to improve road safety. The result was far fewer tickets than their last seat belt blitz in October.
