Flood tax relief

Yorkton Council unanimously passed an amendment to the City's Assessment and Taxation Policy which adjusts property taxes on homes and businesses damaged by the flood which occurred July 1.

Hospital service interruption

The first of two planned service interruptions for electrical upgrades at Yorkton Regional Health Centre went smoothly last Wednesday. Emergency and obstetrical services were shut down at the hospital between 3:30 p.m. on October 13 and 8:00 a.m.
