NAHNYBIDA: Lena Nahnybida of Benito, Manitoba and formerly of Arran, Saskatchewan passed away at the age of 86 years on June 27, 2015 at the Swan River Health Centre.

It was a near capacity audience that filled Westminster Memorial United Church on June 14 to hear the Kamsack Community Choir鈥檚 spring concert entitled Colour My World.

KUZYK - It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Alice Thelma Kuzyk who died peacefully in her sleep on June 23, 2015 in Calgary Alberta at 95 years of age. Alice was born September 20, 1919 to Alexander and Pauline (Moroz) Wilgosh.

GREEN: Gerald was born in Kamsack Saskatchewan to Ralph and Elvina (Hellegards) Green. He attended school at Pretty View then Kamsack. Gerald left school in Grade 9 to help with the family farm north of Veregin.

TODOSCHUK - Cheryl was born on October 13th, 1963, the youngest of three, to Bill and Vivian Toderash in Swan River Manitoba.

With anticipated revenues and expenditures in excess of $80 million, the Good Spirit School Division board passed the 2015/2016 budget at its June 17 regular meeting.

A team comprised of members of the communities of Keeseekoose and Cote First Nations was the top fundraising team at the Kidney Foundation of Canada walk in Yorkton on June 14. The team raised over $1,300, said Kristal Whitehawk.

Senior students of the Kamsack Comprehensive Institute who had distinguished themselves in academics and extra-curricular activities during the past year were introduced on stage and applauded during the Night of Spectacular Spartans on June 18.
