Environmental projects and infrastructure will be the focus of town council during 2018, Mayor Nancy Brunt, said recently when asked to reflect on the happenings in the community in 2017 and to look forward to the new year.

At least one Kamsack home has taken on an extreme festive appearance with dancing colourful lights and inflatable Christmas characters that mimic a children鈥檚 fantasy playground.

Once again as a pre-Christmas ritual, students of the Kamsack Comprehensive Institute are busy raising funds and encouraging residents to support them as they endeavour to fill several hampers with food that will be distributed to students鈥� families
